Hey folks, how are you? I hope your have a great new year. I have been away for quite a while and many have asked if I’m “still there”. The answer is “YES!” I’m still here with you just that I’ve been extremely busy lately.

That’s what happened after I attended Anthony Robbins’ Wealth Mastery Program. Huge amount of financial knowledge need to be absorbed and have some accountability partner to keep me accountable.

Then, there’re lots of preparations to be made before new year such as finances, emotional, physical, spiritual and health preparation. Most of my time was spent on business preparation or the “business battle plan for 2010″ :)

I called it the planning and strategizing stage where I do research about the new tools and channels needed for my business in 2010 and studying new investment vehicles, allocate my assets … etc.

After the new year (which is now), it’s a launching stage where I put all the plans in action, reviewing the response, measure the numbers, relocate my assets, managing new businesses and solving new problems

That explains why I’ve been quite for quite a while. :)

Thanks to some of the volunteers who offer their hands to help me out with some of my work and that gives me some time to write this post here. ;)   (I’m feeling grateful right now)

Like most of you, I have lots of great new goals to be achieved too. Here’s the thing. Setting a new goal is pretty easy but achieve it is another story.

Just look at the ratio of the number of people who set goals and the number of people who actually achieve their goals. What a sad scene.

I do not mean that setting goals is a bad thing but setting goals alone will do you no good if you do not take massive actions to execute the plan and have the discipline to do it consistently.

To achieve your goal, you need to have a solid discipline. It is not about taking massive action for a day or two but having the discipline to take massive action for a certain period of time (depends on what your goal is) until your goal is achieved.

Let’s say, your goal is to lose 10 pounds in the next 3 months.

Your next step is to come out with a plan for that. Are you going to eat less unhealthy food, eat more fruits and vege? Are you going to exercise more? Or the mixture of both.

Let’s say your plan is to eat healthily and exercise more. Then, ask yourself what are you going to eat and what sort of exercise you want to do. Is it swimming, playing tennis, jogging, cycling? With who are you going to do the exercise with? Friends? Spouse? kids? Make them your accountability partner.

After that, ask yourself, how often are you going to do the exercise and what is the duration per session?

Your plan must be crystal clear. Otherwise, forget about goal setting. It’s just a waste of time.

Done with planning? Next, taking massive action.

or in simple English, JUST DO IT!!

Do not do it for just a day or a week. Do it consistently until your goal is achieved.

Do not expect to have a lose pants after you go cycling for 3 hours in the first day. Your body needs time to response and coordinate itself. You need lots of discipline

Only consistent action can create your desired results for you.

A mentor of mine once said, “Ordinary things consistently done will create extraordinary results.”

The formula for your successful goal setting is

Goals + Massive Action + Discipline = Success

This formula is not only applicable for losing weight but also for any other goals that you set for yourself.

If you are really serious at achieving your goals, willing to take action and have the required discipline, I want you to check this out.

I got it a few years back and it really help me to achieve my goals.

All the best to you in 2010.

I encourage you to leave your comment below and tell me about your new year resolutions, your achieved goals and what you think about this article. I read all comments personally. :)

Jim Rohn, one of my mentors died last week. Many says that he was a National Treasure.

In this post, I’d like to share a video of him with you. I hope that you can gain lots of knowledge out of it. His teaching is simple yet powerful.

Since I published the post titled “Why Good Things Happen To Bad People”, I got a lot of feedbacks. My inbox was (and still is) literally full of questions which agree and disagree with my statement and explanation.

Well, I’ll try my best to answer all of the questions in different articles. The first question that I’m going to answer is, Why Bad Things Happen to Good People.

If you observe the Law of Attraction carefully, it all boils down to the same thing. The Law of attraction is not bias. It doesn’t care who you are. All that matters is how you apply it (consciously or unconsciously).

In another words, it’s not the matter of who you are but rather what you do.

I stated that very clearly in the previous article.

Here’s another example (just in case you need more)

Imagine 2 persons are standing in a kitchen. One of them is a good person while the other is a bad person (let’s put the definition of good and bad person aside first at this moment)

The good person touches the hot stove in the kitchen while the bad person is touching the wall of the kitchen at room temperature.

Here’s a question for you. Guess who’s going to get burned?

The answer is very obvious.

Now, why do you think that the bad thing (get burned) happens to the good person? I’m sure you understand now that it’s not the matter of who you are but rather what you do. Again, the laws of nature are not bias.

The heat from the hot stove transferred to the good person’s hand because of the thermal equilibrium and the Law of the conservation of energy applies.

Back to the real life

In my life, I have seen many good people with bad mindsets. There are many good people living in victim lives. They blame, complain or justify most of the things in their lives.

There was once a factory worker who was very hardworking and kind but at the end of the year, she’ll say to her friends that she’ll never get any bonus or pay raise (even before her employer announce anything yet) and guess what, she’s right! She never gets anything.

The Law of Attraction doesn’t care who you are and it just responds to the thought you put out.

I have some students who are very kind and care much about me but their lives sucks. Why?

That’s because they have crappy minds. They are good people as far as I know but cruel to themselves. Some of the phrases that they often use are:

“I’ll never get it”

“Forget it. It’s just not mine”

“They’ll leave me”

“I feel like want to commit suicide”

Just look at the words they use and you can tell how their lives are.

What I do was, I change their mindsets. I begin to teach them about the Law of Attraction and within 2 months, everything changes. They come and thank me for what I have done for them, their friends thank me and everybody is happy.

Notice that I didn’t change them from good to bad people or the other way round. What I actually did was, I changed their mindsets and their lives changed automatically.

It’s like turning a leaking bottle upside down and the leak stops automatically. I don’t perform magic but I understand gravity. That’s it.

Good things may happen to bad people because they believe that they can get what they want. They are positive inside out. They have great mindsets. They understand the law and what happens is, the universe just manifest it to them regardless of who they are.

To wrap up this article, good things can happen to both good and bad people. So do the bad things. You don’t have to change to be a bad person for good things to happen to you.

It is not who you are but what you do and how you apply the Law of Attraction. Now, I’d appreciate it if you can leave a comment to tell me what your thought to this article is.

A bouncing ball captured with a stroboscopic f...

This is one of the questions I received from a reader lately. Let’s dive deeper into it.

The first thing you need to know is, the laws of nature works anytime and they are non-bias. It works for everybody regardless on whether the person is good or bad.

One of the laws that’s easy to understand for everyone is the Law of Gravity. So I’ll use this law as an example to explain it.

If a good person is pushed from a high building by a bad person, who do you think is going to suffer? The good person or the bad person? The answer is very obvious.

Look. The Law of Gravity doesn’t care if the person is good or bad. It just acts on every object on earth. The law has no judgment. If it is the bad person that’s falling down from the high rise building, the result will be the same too. No better or worse.

The same laws of physics applied in both case.

After all, have you seen a person floating in the air just because he or she is a good person?

Back to the question above. There are a lot of reasons if you ask me why good things happen to bad people. Since I don’t know what’s really going on, I’ll just share one of the reasons according to what I know.

One of the reasons why it happens is, the power of focus.

When we dislike somebody, we tend to focus on the bad things in them. As a result, we channel our energy and focus to them.

2 things will happen. First, according to the law of attraction, we are actually attracting some bad things back to us by focusing on bad things. Secondly, luck is a form of energy. When we give somebody our energy in the sense of hate/dislike, we not only drain our energy but also creating more luck to that person.

That’s one of the ways how good things happen to bad people.

If you dislike somebody, my advice for you is, stop hating and start loving. Focus your attention to more positive things such as gratitude, affirmation, think of all the good things that happen in your life.

What do you think? Share your thought with me.

End of the World

Lately, I was being asked the same question over and over again. Not once, not twice but many many times. (I actually lost count on that)

Thanks to the upcoming movie that stirs the fear in many souls.

My answer is, (drum roll please)

NO!

How many times have you heard of the end of the world? I’m pretty sure that this is not the first time you hear it. And how many times it happens? Never!

Is the prediction wrong? I don’t know.

But one thing is know is that human consciousness is increasing over time and the prediction is based on the consciousness in the past.

The prediction assumes that human consciousness is not changing or constant over time.

Look at our world now. Human begin to understand and aware of global warming and the need to protect our environment. More and more people begin to learn about the Law of Attraction and other laws of the universe.

With the power of the internet, information spreads around the world in a heartbeat.

The increase of our consciousness enables us to skip the disaster.

So, together we become better people; increase our consciousness each and every day and build a better world.

What about you? What do you think of it? Share your thought with me.
