Asian Economy is Bad

I was invited by my brother-in-law to have some tea with him at a huge balcony in his house, last Tuesday.

The balcony at the level 2 of his house gave me the nice view to the area, the tea was nice and I can even see some beautiful fireworks in the sky, one in a while, while enjoying my cup of warm tea.

What can I say? Everything is perfect except for there’s no wind on the particular evening. But that doesn’t matter.

The most important thing is not the tea or the wind. It’s the conversation that we had.

We are both businessman. So, “business” will be the most suitable topic for us to chat around.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to give you the transcript of our conversation (in fact, it’s too private to share it in public) but I would like to highlight certain part of our conversation which I believe has something to do with the Law of Attraction.

There was a point of our conversation where we talked about the recent decrease of the value of US Dollar and how it affected our business.

He told me that he has lost over $40k in his business due to the drop of the US currency.

So, I advised him to get more business from other countries such as Asian countries and Australia instead.

The answer he gave me was the Asian market is bad and the manufacturers are not willing to pay or agree with the price they quote.

I begin to wonder why other companies are able to cater for Asian market while his company can’t. After a while, I began to see the reason.

I notice that he always gives me a big fat NO when I say something about Asian market. I told him one of my coming business plans where I’ll joint venture with some local (Asian) businessman and benefit from the marketplace.

He immediately gave me more than 10 examples of the Asian companies that flop and lots of reasons why I should not focus my business on that region.

Frankly, I value his comment, suggestion and opinion but I found that he has been attracting all the negativities into his life and businesses.

If the Asian market is that bad (as he described), then why there are so many business tycoon in Asian countries? Can you see the point here?

      Hi Raymond,
      Asia Economy is Bad this is not true. Tell your brother-in-law to focus on China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea the robotic, India SV, IT. If he prefers western investment than take note Ikea now the Big Boss or could it still be Bill Gates.
      Hey, actually business is everywhere it’s just a matter of strategy. Learn to attract good things and good things will come back to you.

      I entirely agree with you and entirely disagree with your brother in law. Asia is where the action will be in the next two to three decades. India and China particularly will become dominant economies. The rest are no minnows either but their economies will be smaller but successful ones.

      No country or continents economy is entirely bad. There are successful and unsuccessful people everywhere. By the law of attraction, is it possible to attract wealth by thinking about it and visualizing your self enjoying vast amount of riches?

      Asian used to speak this way,but not westerner. This is just the perception, the perception that inherited from generation before, where dealing with other fellow Asians is difficult. This fella is nonsense

      The Asian Economy is not bad, your brother-in-law is wrong. I did not heard anything regarding bad economy. They are small countries but they are trying to be successful.
