Do You Like To Play

If you are reading this post, that means I am still in Singapore, lead a busy but fun life and I am so busy that I don"t have the time to update my blog today, so this pre-written article pops up today.

I know you folks can"t wait to read what I have learnt yesterday but relax. At least give me some time to get some rest. I have been crewing for a straight 18 hours yesterday. Perhaps I"m still sleeping by the time you read this article.

If you can"t help but to feel stressful for not being able to get the seminar update, here"s tip #3 to reduce stress specially written for you.

Tip #3 – Play

Yes! As the word mean, go out and play. Play full-out. Can you forget your age for a while? If you can, perfect! If you can"t, too bad, you have too.

I do bring my students to go out and play with me, once in a while. Not a school trip, but my personal outing with them.

Sometimes, I bring them to a funfair and we play like hell. It was really really fantastic. Sometimes I bring them to a movie at a nearby cinema. Sometimes we go bowling, game arcade, archery … etc.

I just love it. Though I have to spend much sometimes but it really worth the money. For me, the money is better spent than buying a beer or a pack of cigarettes (I am neither a drinker nor a smoker).

We enjoy ourselves in a healthy way and it brings us closer.

Can you see that I kill a flock of birds with one stone?

When I play, I…

When I play with my students, I don"t hold a personality as a teacher but as a friend instead. I use their lingo. We stand in a row and eat sundaes from McDonalds by the stage in a shopping mall. We tease each other as we walk in a group.

I like playing very much. What about you?

      I play to relax too but with a different sort of play style. I play computer games to relax. It is the joy of playing that brings about the relaxation!
