How Much Time You Spend A Day for The Law of Attraction?
January 17, 2008 |
How may times you heard of the Law of Attraction? The words or phrase has been spread millions if not billions of times across the globe.
I"m sure that those who have heard of the Law of Attraction want to make it work for them (except for the skeptics). Ok, I know that the Law of Attraction is working all the time. But what I mean is that they want the Law of Attraction to work positively for them in the way they want it, where they want it and when they want it.
You want to use the Law of Attraction to make the best live to live in too. Otherwise, you won"t be reading this.
Now, ask yourself this question. How much time and effort you spend in a day to make this work for you with the Law of Attraction? This includes the time you spend for meditation, visualization, think and clarify what you really want, turbo charge your positive mind through reading, listening to audio, mixing around with positive people and so on.
Next question to ask is, how much time you spend a day to sabotage yourself or your dreams? Such as thinking negatively, dwell in negative emotion, talking or saying negative words and putting out the negative vibration to the universe.
Compare the result. Where is most of your time being spent on?
Successful people spend at least an hour a day to literally clean themselves spiritually through meditation, visualization … etc. An hour a day is too much for super busy people but that"s a price to pay.
There is no shortcut. We all know that. The Law of Attraction is not a magic game. It involves action and effort. However a lot of people choose to create a false believe that it doesn"t involve any effort or action.
At the end of the day, when they do not get what they want, they tend to blame the Law of Attraction because in their mind, blaming can take away the responsiblility from them and makes them feel better (at least temporarily)
I"ll share how you can squeeze out an hour a day from your busy life tomorrow.
At the mean time, share your score with me. What"s your productive time VS sabotaging time in a day? (average, of course)
Go on and give me your comment or answer. I"m reading.

You are absolutely right. Heard of it, want it bring nothing if we don’t do it personally. By doing it bit by bit and day by day, we will be able to build up and strengthen our “magnetic field” to attact what we desire in our life.
Hi Bo,
That’s correct. As T. Harv Eker said, “the habit is more important than the amount”
How true is that.
Hi Raymond,
I’m still learning about how the Law of Attraction works. Beside LOA we actually need to know and understand how others laws works as they are interconnected. Am I right? Once we understood how they work in harmony then it easy for us to apply. This statement look very simple, but not easy. Applying it requires a tremendous amount of discipline and personal dedication by the individual who wants to make that change.
But for beginners I believe there must be a way it all started with the Thought-Words-Action.
But Raymond did you know that we all talk to ourselves about 50,000 times during each day? I’ve seen this statement written in few of others articles, hope it’s true. We say to ourselves is about what we can or cannot do? Wow, 50,000 thing. What sort of things do we tell ourselves? May be that is why meditation or visualization play an important part in our daily activities. The above might be right or wrong. Please corrected me whichever statement that’s not true. Okay, will be seeing you around once I’m free from workload. Thanks again for today post.
Hi Rose,
Once we want something really badly, the process of visualization and emotions will present automatically.
Sometimes we need the discipline because we do not have the strong reason or we have not want it badly yet.
I know that we do talk to ourselves very frequently but I do not have the exact figure. Thanks for sharing that with us.
I try to think positively all day, so I guess it outweights it pretty much.
Nice post!
Hi Alex,
I’m so happy and grateful now that I have attracted a bunch of grateful people over here.
It’s good to know you. I’m looking forward to see you here again.
Raymond, one cannot spend time on this. This has to become one’s very life. It has to be an automatic thing, a part of one’s personality. Tools like meditation and visualizing help if one is regular, to make it all part of one’s life. One has to become more conscious of his thinking process to make the whole philosophy work. This is what must happen and is happening to me.
Hmm
20/80 I guess, productive time VS sabotaging time in a day on average. Could perhaps account for my results.
Guess I am being to much influenced by my current situation, its hard to look ahead in a positive manner.
Looking forward to learn from you blog tomorrow.
Hi Benjamin,
It’s good that you know that now.
It’s an indicator for you to take massive action to change that if you desire positive result.
Perhaps you can begin with visiting more personal development blogs (like this one) and form a new habit to avoid the negatives and attract the positives.
Just my 2 cents.
I will always support you.
All the best.

Sabotage time outnumber the LOA time for me. Not good. But I have tried ignoring the bad thought, but fails to attract good thing consistently.
Hi Zaki,
What can I say? Practice makes perfect
Perhaps, the best way is to plant some habits first.

Raymond,
You are soooooooo right with these words: “It involves action and effort. However a lot of people choose to create a false believe that it doesn"t involve any effort or action.”
In my line of work, I often introduce the concept of ‘your thoughts create your reality’ with an explanation dealing with doing and acting not just wishing.
Some people, however still take it literally and I have to explain that they still have to get their ‘hands dirty’ to bring it about.
Great, powerful article.

Hi Gloria,
I think that’s what cause the existence of the Pareto Principle.
Glad that you like this article.
As Dr. Robert Anthony puts it; act like your thoughts are going to immediately manifest.
He doesn’t mean that they will immediately manifest but you should be ‘flip switching’ any negatives right away.
