How to squeeze an hour a day from your life?
January 18, 2008 | 6 Comments
As promised yesterday, I"ll share with you today, how you can squeeze an hour out from your busy and tight schedule.
This is relatively simple. Just reduce your sleeping time an hour a day and use that time to clean your spiritual self from the negativities.
Look, just an hour a day will make up 365 hours a year. And what does that mean?
It means, if you are working 40 hours a week, you are actually digging out 9 weeks of your time for spiritual purposes.
But, I will not get enough sleep that way. I won"t be able to pay attention while doing my task and routine. That"s dangerous for me and others.
Well, that"s understandable. But, what if I can show you the way where you can get less sleep for the same performance. Wouldn"t that be good for you?
Studies show that slipping in the alpha state of your mind for 15 minutes is equivalent to an hour of sleeping time.
**Alpha state is the state where your brainwave vibrate at the frequency between 7-14 cycle per second.
Do the math
That means if you put your mind in alpha state for 30 minutes a day, you can squeeze out one and the half hour from your sleeping time without affecting your performance.
Yes. You can split it into half which means you can put your mind into alpha state for 15 minutes for twice a day and you"ll be able to get 1.5 hours out from your sleeping time.
Your 15 minutes is not wasted
When you put yourself in alpha state, you can use the time to visualize your goal and the time spend is used to enhance your spirit and the process of your manifestation. So, by being in the alpha for 30 minutes a day, you are actually getting 2 hours in return.
Visualizing in the alpha state is the best way to make the Law of Attraction
works for you. It is the most powerful state to generate the strong vibration that you put out to attract whatever you want in your life.
So, what do you think? Practical? Not practical? Awesome? Whatever you think it is, share it with me. I"ll read every comment you posted.
