That explain why you only need 6 hours of good night sleep to stay energetic for whole day while others need more.

Sleeping at night has been a routine for you. So, in order to change that routine, you need to reprogram yourself. :)

Napping is good too to regain your energy and excitement of the day. 

A short nap of 15 minutes  may put you into alpha state especially after a long hour of work. (although sometimes you may fall into delta and theta state too) :)</description>
