I’m Back

Looks like I have not updated this blog for quite a while. What I have been doing? That’s the question that I ask myself over and over again.
Some of the immediate responses from my brain was:
“Because of the internet connection problem”
“No way” my other part of the brain defend, “You can always get internet connection from somewhere else. In fact, you still conduct online meetings and surfing facebook from restaurants, don’t you”
“Err … maybe it’s because I’m busy with the new project I got in hand, proposals, meetings, paperwork … etc and I need to complete all my work before I can take a week off to Tony Robbins UPW seminar. It triples the amount of the work I need to get done”
“But you still have time to watch some videos from facebook, right?”
Arrgh! My minds are battling again.
Look, most of the time, we are “cheated” by the illusion that we are too busy to get things done not aware that it’s just another face of procrastination.
I quickly identify the virus in me and use the S.T.O.P. technique I learned from Joseph McClendon and in the twinkle of an eye, I complete more tasks than I imagine possible.
One of my mentors said, “Procrastination kills more people and drugs”. How very true.
Now, it’s time to reward myself after a long day work.
Meantime, please share with me how you combat procrastination or how it destroy you.
I’ll read your comments after I come back.
P.S. I’ll be attending Tony Robbins Unleash Your Power Within Seminar this weekend and I can’t wait to do the fire walk again.
I’m looking forward to lots unlearn and relearn and not to forget, attract the best by using the power of the Law of Attraction.

who is him?
I am waiting for new post in your site. It’s really unique blog. I hope you will post a new article earlier.
Hey Hypnosis Florida,
Thanks for your support. I’ll share what I learn from the seminar.
He is Tony Robbins
Thanks for coming back.
Welcome back Raymond. I’m sure a lot of people assumed the photo was of you.
I myself have also used the ‘too busy’ excuse to procrastinate. It’s not that I don’t have the time. It’s that I would rather waste time than put my leftover time towards the unattractive task.
We were waiting you…
Hi David,
Thank you. I’m so glad to hear that.
Hi Metal Briefcase,
Thanks.
I can relate to what you said about procrastination. Most people do. I’m indluded. LOL
Procrastination kills more people and drugs” ?
i don’t undertand this quote
Hi itsoke,
It means that procrastination destroy many people’s lives and future than drugs.
Welcome back!
It’s difficult to say how I combat procrastination, sometimes I just push myself threw it, and other times when I feel like procrastinating, I might take a walk to refresh my mind so I can get my head back and focus more.
Till then,
Jean
Hi Jean,
Thanks for sharing your experience.
Nice too see you again Raymond
Great to see you here, Jage.
I always combat it by writing down what I want to achieve. Imagining the success I want drives me forward to continue working and not procrastinate.
I used to do that too. But somehow, I forget about it.
Thanks for the reminder.
Nice seeing you!!
Hi Ben,
Thanks.
I can definitely relate when it comes to procrastination. I’ve noticed that when I set my mind to do something, that I can’t stop working. I need to find some sort of mid-point.
Nice to see you’re posting again,
Sean
Great to see you again, Sean.
It’s good news, you come back.
Hey just checking this blog for the first time in a long while, great to see you’re back! Looking forward to new material!
Hi Ricky,
Love to see you around.
Welcome back! Procrastination has been your problem too? I think all people have this problem. Anyway, I am looking forward to your future posts.
It’s good that you’re back. Where have you been? How do you join a Tony Robbins seminar? Do you have to sign up and pay a fee?
Hi,
Thanks.
As usual, I just purchase the ticket, attend the seminar and apply the knowledge.
Let me know if you are interested and I can guide you through the who;e process.
No need to make excuses for being away, almost all bloggers do it. Sometimes I don’t update my blog for over 4 months ( and yes I think of the same excuses too
Anyhow, glad to hear your back!
Thanks.
Welcome back Raymond. I also have a problem with procrastination. Back in school I was always up late doing projects the day before they were due. Now that I don’t have these deadlines, I tend to slack off too often and put off projects. I should look into techniques to prevent this bad habit…..maybe another day
Hi Jeremy,
No no no. Not another day. Start today. Right now!
Great to have you back. Your website is great. Very motivating.
ATV,
Definitely listen to Raymond and get your habits reformed now. You don’t want to look back and see how much time you lost later. It’s a dissapointment.
I think I’ll procrastinate – tomorrow.
Welcome you to coming back. We were waiting!
Thanks a lot,we are waiting!
