June 4, 2007 | 4 Comments
Have you created your vision board?
If you have watched The Secret, you should know what vision board is. Vision board is a very powerful visualizing tools. John Asaraff (in The Secret movie) put all his goals in his vision board and he visualizes his goals everyday. Within a short few years, he has attracted his dream home. He only spends 5 minutes a day to visualize his goals.
Imagine you can change your life with just 5 minutes of wonderful effort each day. Why I say WONDERFUL effort? It is simply because you don’t have to work very hard for that. All you need to do is look at your vision board each morning, imagine you already have what you want, live in your dream, feel the love, feel the joy, feel the goodness.
I literally take this exercise to the next level. What I do is, I put on my headset and play the Attraction Accelerator music audio
mp3 while I visualize my goals. The beats in the audio are scientifically proven to train our brain to go into the ideal mental state for focus visualization.
I not only apply the Law of Attraction in my life but also accelerate it by using the right tool.
Practice this exercise for 5 minutes a day and I can guarantee you life will change.

Visualizing goals can be very useful. Using other senses to reinforce your goals enables your mind to reinforce and believe in them on a much deeper level. To talk about goals, write about them, touch things that enable you to feel what it would be like to realize them and to tap into other senses, will all help you as well. Focus and belief in you are also key.
