Today"s post is interesting and I love it. Thanks for sharing it. I"m new here and this is the first time I heard of Alpha state. Do you mind to elaborate amore about it? I mean how to we know that we are already in the alpha state or how to get in the alpha state?

Actually I have shared before on the subject of how to be in the Alpha state and it"ll be great to just point Joe to the previous posts. However, I would like to share more about this Alpha brainwave stuff.

We usually fall into alpha state oxford murders the divx online when we feel relax.

Let me give you some examples. After you work hard, you walk out to a garden to relax yourself, you are in alpha state.

When you are taking showers and you feel relax, you are in alpha state.

When you are half asleep, you are in alpha state.

Alpha state is where you feel totally relax and peaceful. When you are in alpha state, your brain will emit or send out alpha brainwave to the universe and this wave has a strong characteristic of attraction and manifestation.

That is why it is important to stay in the alpha state during the process of your visualization and meditation is consider as a powerful method to make the Law of Attraction works in the way we want it to be. confessions of a teenage drama queen divx download

The more you practice to be in Alpha state, the more easily you can put yourself into alpha state. It is free and all you need to do is to practice.

However there are some tools which are called as binaural beat audios or brain entrainment audio (require you to buy) which can help ones to fall into the alpha state easily just by listening to the audio while relaxing yourself.

(Actually it can do more than that. But that"s not in the scope of today"s topic)

If you choose to use the audios, here are some of the audios I personally use and find it extremely useful in the process of my meditation.

Well, these are 2 websites I highly recommend if you want to purchase the brain entrainment audios, the rest which I have tried are lousy and waste of money (I"m not going to include or tell them here)

Make your choice. If you can"t afford, then learn to meditate. It may take longer time to practice and master but it"s better than not taking any action. Go slow and steady.

However, if you can afford the audios (it"s not very expensive after all) then I recommend you to purchase it and feel it for yourself. I listen to those audios everyday without fail and you can find them in my MP3 player, MP4 player, laptop, backup hard drive … etc.

I play it till I fall asleep literally every night (till today)

      We all drop into the alpha state several times a day and in my opinion and experience, using the binaural beat audio does make the process much easier.

      I still don’t get it. Taking a shower or walking in the park may be relaxing, but the mind is still continuously working and occupied with daily issues. It doesn’t feel like something that could replace sleep.

      Hi Nicole,

      There’s a wide spectrum of alpha brainwave. For the case like taking shower or take a walk in the park after your hectic day may put you into alpha state but it usually doesn’t last long (perhaps less than a minute)

      However, if you meditate, you may put yourself in a deeper alpha state.

      I would recommend you to meditate if you want to reduce your sleeping time without affecting your performance.

      I have not tried that. However, I’ll try to find it out after I have finished with the audios that I have now.

      You got to try the Innertalk audio cds by Dr. Eldon Taylor. Remember in one of my many comments this is the product I’ve been introduced to I got the chance listening to some of it. It was an exhibition it about the conscious and subconscious mind introduction. Hey, if you managed to purchase it give us your feedback. I could only say that it like Mozart music but they have subliminal message goes together. It’s beautiful music but I didn’t purchase as I got something else in mind. Okay, will continue with others comments if I’m not too sleepy. Hey, I’m still in an Alpha state. CU.

      Raymond, based on your articles and comments, looks like the only time I’m in alpha state is when I fall asleep. I’m usually take shower not too long, so I don’t feel that I’m relax at that that.

      Any other suggestion? But sometime I do feel relax when I’m driving (I work in downtown, so no jam) but I’ve to stay alert everytime.

      You are not in Alpha state when you are sleeping. That’s delta state already. :)

      When you are driving downtown where you do not need much attention, you may fall into the alpha state.

      That explains why ideas keep pouring into my mind when I was driving along the PLUS highway. ;)

      To obtain best results.

      Is it better to use the Attraction Accelerator in the evening and just play the Attraction Activator during the day or vice versa?

      Either one will be good depends on your purpose.

      Personally, I use both Attraction Accelerator and Attraction Activator in the morning, afternoon and evening.

      Yes, the relaxed state is indeed needed, but one also needs to concentrate the mind on what to achieve. All lies in meditation, I agree with what others have said here.

      There’s no formula for this. It depends on the state of your mind and the frequency of your thought.

      I would want to note that the “alpha state” is not the be all and end all state, i.e. it’s not a state you would want to exist in all the time! But if a person can “tap into” the alpha state at a safe and conveneient time, it is MOST refreshing! Just like sleep is very good for a person, it doesn’t mean one should exist solely in the sleep state! But to regularly “touch upon” the sleep state (e.g. regularly every night) can be very refreshing. In the same way, for a few minutes, again, at a safe and convenient time, one can “touch” the alpha state, and enjoy its benefits (peacefulness, concentration, creativity, etc.).

      I desagree totally, if someone has doubts about beening in alpha state or not then I say you are not in alpha state, because is too special to be doubtful about. is like having an orgasm, you just dont have doubts about because is is too strong (well may be some ladies have sort of confusion about ha ha ;)
