Hi folks, welcome back. I hope you find the information from the last 2 articles useful. If you have no idea what I am talking about, then here are the links for you to catch up.
Does Your Computer Stress You Out – From the Perspective of the Law of Attraction
and
Speed Up Your Computer and Eliminate Stress With the Law of Attraction
I don"t want you to miss the boat.
In the first post, I mention that there are 2 ways to deal with the stress causes by your computer. It is either you tweak your computer to boost its performance or tweak yourself or both.
Yesterday, I have shared the first method, which is to pick Kris"s brain. He learnt it the hard way for a few years and we can learn it from him in less than an hour. Thanks again, Kris, for sharing the powerful secret.
The second way to overcome the stress is to control yourself.
HOW?
Good question. Today I"m gonna share some tips to reduce and eliminate your stress
Relaxation
Sometimes we stress because we are fatigue. Perhaps we work continuously until we forget to give ourselves some rest.
When my computer hangs or jams or not working, stress begins to grow within me. As a Law of Attraction practitioner, I am aware of my emotions. Immediately, I change my thinking patterns.
I don"t want to feel stress because I know that it will attract more stress into my life. The Law of Attraction is always working and it will never stop. Attracting the wrong things will end me up in misery.
I will say to myself, “Cool… it"s time for some meditation, affirmation and visualizationâ€.
I quickly grab my MP3 player and begin to plug the Attraction Accelerator to my ears. I let the music massage my head, clear my brain and trash the stress away.
But sometimes I just don"t have time for that. I need to finish my work fast!
Hmm … that"s understandable. If that"s the case, I will switch my focus for a while to do something relaxing and not taking up so much time such as feeding my fish and tortoises. It"s fun to watch them fighting for food. Then only I get back to work.
Most people don"t want to take their time to relax because they think that it"s a waste of time. That"s not true. Taking a 5 minutes rest can greatly reduce your stress and increase your performance.
It means, you can do twice the work in half the time.
If you are a curious or a stressful person, I suggest you to find out more from the source.
I"ll share more tips with you tomorrow.

In office, I have so called ’stress ball’ made from half rubber, half synthetic which I’ll press/hold it whenever I’m in stress.
Hi Zaki,
I’m glad that you have a good way to release your stress.
Thanks for sharing it with us here.

Hi Gloria,
I’m so happy to hear(A) that you’re going to be my new frequent visitor.
Great to learn that you like the content of my blog too. I learn a lot from your blog too, especially about the 5 senses. That is really really cool.
Will tomorrow be the second time?
Raymond
SMCC too.
P.S. Stephen is doing a great job in the seminar with Tony Robbins. I think his sales exceed Tony Robbins. His package is extremely attractive.
of topic: What is SMCC, from Google there are tones of search result
SMCC is one of Stephen Pierce’s coaching clubs. So, you won’t be able to get it from Google (except the salesletter
)
It is a paid membership site.
Hello Raymond,
Your little basic joke is absolutely adorable. You illustrate with this insertion the important power of humour in our daily communciations with each other – we learn and retain information best when humour is a part of the impact of the learning process.
Loved it – also other postings you made.
Keep up the great work.
Cheers,
Gloria
Hi Gloria,
I really appreciate your compliment.
And I’m glad that you like the joke too.
It took me some time to find the joke.
Hi Raymond
That’s great to hear about Stephen. He’s really hot property.
I crewed at one of his events in combination with Jay Abraham’s representative in Brisbane not long ago, and the same happened there.
He deserves it, he and Alicia give so much of themselves to his students and to people who come to hear him.
Cheers,
Gloria
I second that, Gloria.
Nothing can describe better than that.
