The Beautiful Garden of Your Mind

Have you ever had the experience where you want to be positive and stay positive but for some reasons, you just can’t?
Most probably you did and that is one of the reasons why this article is written.
One of the factors that caused this to happen is the weeds in your mind. The negative weeds.
It may sound like a common sense when I tell you that you can’t be positive because there are too many negative feelings, emotions, thoughts, energy and vibration within your mind and they are working actively to prevent the positive attitudes, thoughts and behavior from entering your mind.
That’s pretty obvious, right but sadly, not many people are aware of that.
We have to make room for the positive energy to occupy. In another words, if you want to plant a rose in a garden full of grass, then the first step that you should take is to pull out the grass. Then only you can have room or space to plant your rose.
Doesn’t that make sense?
So, if you want to inject some positive energy into your mind when you are down, remember the first step, suck out the negative energy first. You can do that by NOT focusing about the problem or anything that cause the negative energy.
You can practice to meditate, do some visualization or focus on other task. When the negative energy is gone, then, you’ll have plenty of rooms for the positive energy, thoughts, emotion and behavior.
“Pull out Negative weeds and begin to plant positive seeds”
That’s the lesson of the day. When you have positively charge your mind, you will begin to attract positive results with the Law of Attraction
