Have you ever had the experience where you want to be positive and stay positive but for some reasons, you just can’t?

Most probably you did and that is one of the reasons why this article is written.

One of the factors that caused this to happen is the weeds in your mind. The negative weeds.

It may sound like a common sense when I tell you that you can’t be positive because there are too many negative feelings, emotions, thoughts, energy and vibration within your mind and they are working actively to prevent the positive attitudes, thoughts and behavior from entering your mind.

That’s pretty obvious, right but sadly, not many people are aware of that.

We have to make room for the positive energy to occupy. In another words, if you want to plant a rose in a garden full of grass, then the first step that you should take is to pull out the grass. Then only you can have room or space to plant your rose.

Doesn’t that make sense?

So, if you want to inject some positive energy into your mind when you are down, remember the first step, suck out the negative energy first. You can do that by NOT focusing about the problem or anything that cause the negative energy.

You can practice to meditate, do some visualization or focus on other task. When the negative energy is gone, then, you’ll have plenty of rooms for the positive energy, thoughts, emotion and behavior.

“Pull out Negative weeds and begin to plant positive seeds”

That’s the lesson of the day. When you have positively charge your mind, you will begin to attract positive results with the Law of Attraction

      My broadband service provider screwed up bad with a few connections in my neighborhood including mine. We were all without our daily fix! What do you think happened? I got all of them together at the providers office to come away with me to a coffee shop close by and we got to know each other for the first time. Mind you we have been neighbors for years and this was the first time that we were talking to each other.
      When we parted, all of us had exchanged our email ids and have started off a yahoogroup to act as a pressure group with our service provider.
      A negative situation, which was getting ugly at the office, turned out to be something positive and got all the seven of us new friends!

      Hi Raymond,

      In order to get rid of the negative weeds, some days I just force myself to smile — even if I’m alone at home. It’s hard for me to continue to feel badly when I’m smiling.

      Another thing that works for me is to pick up an inspiring book to read and take a few minutes to enjoy some passages. The one I’m prone to grab these days is The Woman’s Field Guide to Exceptional Living by Corrie Woods. It’s a little book with a lot of heart. It usually has just the message I need to hear at the time. Funny how that happens . . . .

      I have this problem a lot these days. I’ve been running my own internet business, and have been going through some rough patches. I seem to get in these funks, where I think no matter what I do, it won’t work. I can push through it sometimes and get rolling, but sometimes willpower is just not enough.

      I use quite a similar method but instead of “cancel cancel”, I use “mini-me mini-me” :)

      Smile works for me but I don’t use it frequently when I’m alone. It makes me feel weird to do that all alone unless when I’m reading jokes or watching something funny. :)

      Besides, what you encounter today may be what you manifested in the past. Let it go and begin to attract something better.
