Eliminate Stress Naturally

If you have read my previous post, you should have known by now that I used to make “I don’t have time” as one of my favorite phrases.

This phrase is really dangerous.

Now let me share with you one of the important things I learned from T Harv Eker’s Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar.

If you do not know who he is, T Harv Eker is one of the Law of Attraction experts (especially when it comes to attracting wealth).

What I learned from him was, the moment we say, “I don’t have enough time”, that’s what we are attracting.

If you have been following my blog articles for quite some time, you’ll understand that the universe doesn’t really care of what you want or what you don’t want. It will just manifest what you think and feel to you.

So, if you keep on saying I don’t have enough time (obviously, you’ll think and feel it to), guess what? You’ll NEVER have enough time!

It happened like magic to me.

Whenever I accomplished my work and I was just about to spend some quality time for myself, something will popped in or happened and that’ll keep me busy and eat my personal quality time away.

It happened over and over again and continuously. It was killing me and it leads to frustration and disappointment (more negative energies)

It wasn’t until I begin to change my mindset and began to attract what I REALLY want. Then, things began to change.

Instead of saying “I don’t have enough time”, I changed it to, “I have plenty of time” or “I wish I have more time

Trust me. The little tweak can change your life forever. I did it and I hope you can do it too.

Since then, there’s no more unexpected surprises that eat away my free time and I began to enjoy my life. Tell you what. Life’s beautiful!

I sincerely hope that you can lead your better life. You just have to make the Law of Attraction works CORRECTLY for you.

      Hi Asreen,

      I made the mistake too.

When I learn about it, I quickly take some immediate step to change it.

Of course, it didn’t happen overnight but persistent pays. :)

Now, whenever I say that I don’t have enough time, I’ll have to spend my time on it.

And people pay fortunes to learn that simple insight. Very well explained Raymond. Simple and effective.

Raymond, i have to admit it.

Last two days, I always feel like i dont gave much time to do that and to do this.

Well, I woke up early, get on my bike and by the end of the day, still have a lot to do.

I’ve been telling myself that i dont have so much time so finish them all, which attracts negative energy around me. Guess what, that is what i’ve got.

I dont have much time to finish all my works!.

Thanks for the article. It really helps.

      Thank You :)

      Hi Shueqry,

Haven’t see you here for a while.

I used to make the same mistake too and it’s amazing to see how things change when I began to change my thought.

I hope you’ll get some great changes too. :)

      Hi Raymond,

You wrote: Instead of saying “I don’t have enough time”, I changed it to, “I have plenty of time” or “I wish I have more time”.

Saying “I wish I have more time” is the same kind of thought as “I don’t have enough time” because both statements originate from lack. In other words, you wouldn’t wish for more time if you already had enough.

So stick with “I have plenty of time” and perhaps add other similar thoughts like “I have all the time I need” or ” I have all the time in the world”.

      Good luck :D

      Hi Cynthia,

      Thanks for sharing your perspective.

“I wish I have more time”

From my point of view, it depends on what emotion you trigger when you think or say that sentence. (e.g. Frustration, excitement). Different emotion may produce different result.

      Thanks for sharing, Cynthia.
