The "Little Thing" To Success
September 15, 2007 | 6 Comments
Hi folks, welcome back!
I hope you love the article I posted yesterday and anticipate for the continuation of the story here. If you haven"t got a chance to read it, click here.
After further discussion, both my friend and I agree that PERSISTENCE is one of the keys to success.
Success is easy yet it is hard.
Sounds confusing?
Perhaps
The road to success is easy if we follow the blueprint. The hard thing is to follow it. Again, it comes to persistence.
Allow me to give you an example.
Last month, a friend of mine sent me a message. She told me that she wanted to quit her boring, tiring and insecure day job. She wants to work from home. She asked me to teach her how to make money from the internet
Well, there are more than a hundred of business models to make money from the internet but I didn"t want to confuse her with the theories and concepts.
I wanted to give her the most practical way. Since she started with shoestring budget, I would recommend her to start a blog.
Okay, she did exactly as I said. She did her market research and start blogging. I led her step-by-step. Meaning, I made sure she finishes step #1 before I tell her step #2 and so on.
I then asked her to write an article a day and post it to her blog. She did that for the first few days and then stopped. When I called to find out why, she said that she was busy with her work.
I said, “Fine and make sure you keep your blog update from time to time.†3 weeks past by just like that.
Then one day, I received a message from her. She got a good news to share with me. She told me that she had just joined a network marketing company and already made her first sale. I wish her good luck.
But, how about the blog?
I hope you get my message.
Write an article a day isn"t a very hard job but how long can you keep on doing it.
A week? A month? A year?
This makes me remember what Bob Proctor mis rables les movie download said,
“It is not what you do. It is how you do it.â€
Rolling stone stick no money but I sincerely wish that she will success in this business venture.
I really hope you learn something today.
If you are not persistent enough in your job / career / business, it"s time for change today. Do not wait until tomorrow.

Hi Raymond. Yes, I fully agree with you. Almost everyone can make a start but how many will be able to maintain what we are doing, sometimes knowing that we are already doing the right thing. Small things done consistently is will eventually sum up to a big thing.
Hi Zul,
You are right, a small drop of water can cause a big wave if it gains momentum persistently.

Hi Raymond,
Nice meeting you here again yes, I love reading very post posted really, thanks alot for sharing. I agree with you “Success is easy yet it is hard”. Success is easy coz it is all about attitude, love, passion and dare to dream your goal. It’s hard coz you yet to know the secret ingredients of success, watching the secret movies not enough coz there many more that yet to be known. The never ending secret.
Being PERSISTENCE in my understanding is doing little thing daily and never give up rather than to put on hold. Am I right?.

Another similar phrase as above, It’s not what you’ve got – it’s what you do with it that counts!

Indeed. I won’t mislead my own friend.
The best thing is that when people get something for absolutely free chances are they are not going to appreciate it.
Next time I should sell my advice instead of giving it away for free. It will help them to pay closer attention.
