The Power of Habit

As I have shared last 2 days, there are 2 types of habits which are good habit and bad habit.
Good habit created good or great results while the bad habit creates bad result. So, make sure that your habits are in alignment with the result you desire. Otherwise, change it!
Let"s say one of the goals you have for the year 2008 is to lose weight
and you STILL have the habit
of overeating. Do you think that you can reach your goal with your current habit?
I really doubt that.
Today, I am going to show you the power of habit and what it has to do with the Law of Attraction.
As you know, in order to get or attract what you want into your lives with the power of the Law of Attraction, you must first be sure of what you want in your life. This is the first and the most crucial step. If you get this step wrong, you"ll attract the wrong thing.
After you have set what you really really want, the next thing you want to do is to believe that you already have it with the presence of the related emotions. Feel what you"ll feel once it arrives into your life. Visualize it with strong intention. See it as you"re already possess it.
Sounds easy?
NO! Not at all!
Not, IF you do not have the habit to do the visualization and have the belief consistently and persistently.
It"s easy to set your goal or determine what you want. It"s easy to do the visualization once BUT download sleuth free download heist it"s hard to do it again and again and again and again IF you do not have that habit.
