What Do You Know About Habit

Habit mirrors divx is very important in shaping our world, lives and destiny. A habit is an automatic routine of behavior that we do regularly without even have to think about it or we do it unconsciously.
Some examples of habits are biting your nails (for kids), clutter the house, overeating, exercising, taking balance diet and smoking.

For negative people, when they hear of the word “habitâ€, they will automatically think of all the negative habits such as smoking, overeating, gambling and drinking because that is their habit to think of the negative things first.
On the other hand, when a positive minded hear of the word “habitâ€, they will think of positive habits such as exercising regularly, finish their work on time, smiling at people and clarify their goals and dreams everyday.

How you form a habit?
I was chatting with a neighbor few weeks ago and she was complaining about the school is going to reopen very soon and she will need to wake up very early in the morning to prepare her children to go to school after a long long holiday.
I told her, well, it may be hard for the first week, but, when it becomes a habit, trust me, it"s going to be easy and automatic. It will be a part of her routine just like every other task, like washing and cleaning.
A habit is form when you do something on a regular basis and as time goes by, you"ll begin to do it automatically without you knowing it.
