Habit mirrors divx is very important in shaping our world, lives and destiny. A habit is an automatic routine of behavior that we do regularly without even have to think about it or we do it unconsciously.

Some examples of habits are biting your nails (for kids), clutter the house, overeating, exercising, taking balance diet and smoking.

For negative people, when they hear of the word “habit”, they will automatically think of all the negative habits such as smoking, overeating, gambling and drinking because that is their habit to think of the negative things first.

On the other hand, when a positive minded hear of the word “habit”, they will think of positive habits such as exercising regularly, finish their work on time, smiling at people and clarify their goals and dreams everyday.

How you form a habit?

I was chatting with a neighbor few weeks ago and she was complaining about the school is going to reopen very soon and she will need to wake up very early in the morning to prepare her children to go to school after a long long holiday.

I told her, well, it may be hard for the first week, but, when it becomes a habit, trust me, it"s going to be easy and automatic. It will be a part of her routine just like every other task, like washing and cleaning.

A habit is form when you do something on a regular basis and as time goes by, you"ll begin to do it automatically without you knowing it.

I will share more about forming a habit and it"s relation to the Law of Attraction in the future. Meanwhile, Tell me what habits you have and how you form a habit. I"ll be reading each and every one of your comments.

      Raymond, I belong to a generation that had no choice but to be disciplined in daily life. From getting up early in the morning to being on time without fail, eating on time, going to bed on time, and to accept that there is a time and a season for everything. When this was being hammered into us, we were most unhappy. Today, with the wisdom of hindsight, I for one and many others of my generation, are grateful for that kind of upbringing. We lead comfortable and stress free lives. You are on the right track. Just keep adding new positive habits all the time. You simply cannot go wrong.

      Great article with very good daily practical illustrations.

      Our habits are largely dictated by the values we hold to be significant.

      We tend to have core values, such as integrity, honesty, loyalty, truthfulness.

      We also have situational values that may change according to what we perceive to be of advantage or comfort to us at a particular stage in our life, such as the mother you were referring to.

      Values form our beliefs, which form our attitudes, and wrapped up as a neat parcel, all these form our habits.

      As the saying goes, we form our habits and then our habits form us.

      That’s really cool. I have quite a strict upbringing too (but not as tough as yours) and I really grateful for that.

      It forms a long lasting good habit that often impress the people around me (even though the main purpose is not to impress others) :)

      When I read this post, it remind me of another similar thing related to habit, which is addict. I think there is relation between habit and addict. Can I say addict is super habit? Erm, or addict is uncontrollable habit?

      While in others, addict causes habit. :)
