What Had Happened To …
January 30, 2008 | 10 Comments

I have always wanted to upgrade this blog for months but I didn’t do that. One of the reasons is because I do not know the exact or a proper way to do that.
Another reason may be caused by the fear of losing everything (the data) when things go wrong.
Fear is the anticipation of pain – T. Harv Eker.
The phrase above haunted me all this while. I don’t want pain and the only way to eliminate it is to get rid of my fear.
After some research I did myself, I manage to eliminate the fear and give it a try. So, 2 days ago, I resembled my courage and do the upgrading myself. From the feedback I received, it should be as easy as ABC.
If you came here yesterday, you’ll know that things not going well as expected. After wrestle with my database for 8 hours, I begin to feel down and depressed.
Yes, I’m aware of that and I know this will cause more harm than good. First, it will spoil my health as depression and stress is the root of many chronic health problems and one of my goals is to live in a healthy, happy life. I’m aware that I’m out of alignment.
Secondly, the negative aura and vibration I sent out will put me into boiling hot water in the future because it will attract all the stress and depression
back to me (which is something I don’t want)
Realizing that, I quickly stop what I do and activate my “cure depression activities”.
I literally put down everything and go for some guided meditation to get some peace of mind. I feel so much better after that and I tried not to think about this blog until the day after (which is yesterday)
After that, I grab any book to read (just to shift my focus and attention) and the first book in sight was, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind authored by T. Harv Eker download wishmaster 2 evil never dies online adaptation dvd medicine man dvd download .
To make the long story short, I met a member (in my coaching club) in our shared webinar room and she happened to be a techie girl. Here comes my savior.
I asked her if she’s willing to help me with the technical difficulties with a small fee. It should be an easy task for an expert like her. She took the challenge and we worked until 4am and the issue has not been solved.
Hmm … seems like I messed up the whole thing before she took over.
We continue to work on it several hours later and it lasts for half a day before we can actually see some desire results. I pity her so much. I hope that she didn’t regret for agreeing to take up the challenge for a small fee.
Now, why did I share this with you today? You’ll find that out in the next post.
At the meantime, I would like you to share with me what it has to do with the Law of Attraction?

Hi Raymond,
From reading the above I see that you have attracted lots of negatives things or thought.
Hey, be careful of stress, most doctors agree that 75% of health problem is from stress. This is what most people say we must maintain to be “cool” all… the time. Not easy but practice make perfect,it’s a skill one have to master or you ended making wrong decision. LOA will only do it duty by attracting what’s on your mind. What do you think about this statement? Do correct me as I’m still learning. Thanks for today post.
Hi Rose,
Stress comes and goes. The most important thing is to handle it if we can not block it.
That’s the reason I went for some meditation instead of throwing temper (which won’t help me at all)
I discussed this in one of my upcoming ebooks on overcoming stress naturally.
I’ll discuss more tomorrow.
Raymond, besides fear, there is also a typical man thing, not to ask for help. I used to suffer from this for a long time till I discovered that it is counterproductive. In areas where I am weak, I now ask for help. For instance, in anything to do with computers, I am a zero. I therefore ask for help which is very often given very cheerfully by someone who is happy to have an opportunity to help someone.
People find their different ways of dealing with stress. You preferred to read, other meditate or indulge in something they enjoy. I have realized nothing works better for me than sleep. Usually people find it difficult to sleep well when the are stressed, but surprisingly I sleep easily and calmly and feel much better after waking up.
Hi Dining Room Tables,
Yeah, “outsourcing” is very important.
It saves time and increase productivity.
Hi Nicole,
I can sleep easily too but I seldom do that.
I would prefer to use the time to do other things such as reading, cleaning … etc.
I was reading through the comments and what Nicole wrote reminds me of my hubby. His favourite method to overcoming stress is by sleeping too. And he does it for hours sometimes stretching into the afternoon! I guess that’s just his way. As for me, I’d just grab a good book or watch telly. I prefer keeping my mind busy to avoid reverting to any unwanted thoughts and emotions.
Hi Rina,
Thanks for sharing.
Reading books is always my favorite.
I liked reading your post.
The single most powerful way for me to shift focus when needed, is definitaly readig a book. And a specially one by Tony Robbins, he always gets me.
I look forward to your blog tomorrow.
… And I FORGOT… to check your blog yesterday O_o .. and I promised myself I should.
Its okay to shift focus from time to time, but it helps getting back to what I was doing in the first place so that I complete the task! ;P
With my warmest regards,
Benjamin
