   It was a very detailed and core explanation of how our brain works and how each of us are energy forms. Can’t say much as I’m still overwhelmed with the doctor’s experience of hanging between consciousness and Nirvana and everything.

   Very informational video, and I definitely agree that without a proper nutrition plan, your brain is as good as worthless.
